TELLY chiefs are bracing themselves for a flood of complaints from viewers over a controversial gay storyline.

Mechanic Aaron Livesy (Danny Miller, 19) has been struggling to come to terms with his sexuality over the past few weeks.

Pal Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt, 40) spots Aaron hanging around outside a bar and fears he’s dealing drugs.

So he searches the internet to find out what Danny has been up to and discovers his lodger has been going to a gay bar. But when Paddy confronts Aaron, he fears he will be outed and flies into a violent rage.
