LOHAN LAWSUIT DOCUMENTS EMERGE

11th March 2010

Documents detailing proposals for the advert at the centre of LINDSAY LOHAN's lawsuit have emerged, with notes describing the character in question as a "gutter hound" and "skanky cake."

Lohan has filed a multi-million pound lawsuit over a promo for financial firm E-Trade, which depicts a baby girl called Lindsay as a boyfriend stealer and a "milkaholic".

Lawyers for the Mean Girls star claim advertising bosses exploited the actress' famous first name and her public persona without permission, insisting the use of the name Lindsay is a direct reference to Lohan.

Bosses at the company behind the ad, the Grey Group, insist they picked the name at random.

Paperwork detailing brainstorming sessions between advertising bosses at the firm have now been obtained by the New York Post, and reveal Grey Group staff initially picked the name Deborah for the baby character, but later crossed it out and changed it to Lindsay.

The notes also show a variety of bizarre references to the character which were not used in the promo, with words including "gutter hound", "skanky cake", "fish face" and "saddlebags" listed on the page as substitutes for "milkaholic".

Lohan's mother Dina has seen the page, and told the newspaper of her displeasure. She says, "We think it's obvious. (The notes are) horrific. This just proves our point. Oh my goodness, I can't even read this, it's so disgusting."
