ACTRESS Hannah Waterman wears nothing but a giant rose as she strips off to encourage others to take heart.

The ex-EastEnders star, who has been baring all on the West End stage in Calendar Girls, shows how she plans to mark National Wear Red Day on February 26, set to raise millions for the British Heart Foundation.

Hannah, 34, who recently lost three stone and split from TV star husband Ricky Groves, 41, said: “Heart disease is the UK’s biggest killer, so let’s support the BHF.”
