THOUSANDS of wannabes queued outside Wembley Arena at the weekend to audition for the final series of Big Brother.

All were desperate to catch the eye of producers – one girl, Tara King, 18, even turned up with a pink octopus on her head.

Tara, who is blind, flew from Scotland because she missed the Glasgow auditions.

Another hopeful, David Sapsford, 39, braved the cold and came as a saucy gladiator.

And Phoebe Nott-Hutchinson and Maria-Belle Ong, both 18, pouted for the cameras in corsets.

A spokeswoman for the Channel 4 show, which goes out in May, said: “There must have been thousands queuing for hours. Some even camped overnight.”
