JORDAN’S GETTING CLAWS OUT FOR BATTLE OF BABES

JORDAN prepared for the Aussie jungle by sharpening her claws.

Within hours of landing in Australia, the model, went walkabout to a beauty salon.

Surrounded by three minders, Kate headed to a nail bar in a shopping mall and got a set of fake nails fitted.

Within minutes a crowd of onlookers and tourists had gathered outside the shop to peer at her and take photographs. 

They included Japanese and British tourists as well as local Aussies.

Many started snapping pictures of the mum-of-three with their mobile phone cameras.

Amazingly, Kate began to moan about being recognised.

Fed-up with the attention, she stormed out of the salon and whinged: “This is a nightmare. This is what happens to me every day.

“It’s awful. No-one else has to put up with this.”

She then dashed back to the hotel refusing to sign autographs or even speak to fans.

Kate was seen by the show medic Dr Bob McCarron who gave her a health and safety talk about the jungle horrors she would face.

And he carried out a medical to ensure she was fit enough for the show. In the past contestants have been hit by heat and dehydration.
