ALEX REID: ‘I WANT TO GO BACK TO FILMS’

HOLLYWOOD must be waiting with bated breath because delusional Alex Reid still thinks he can make it onto the big screen.

Despite his last film being a stinking pile of horse poo, Kate Price’s latest husband dreams of setting Tinseltown alight.

The cage fighter said: “I definitely want to go back to films, I’ve never turned my back on it.”

Chatting to us at the A-Team pre­m­iere in London, Alex, 34, added: “There’s loads of actors I’m keen to work with and I think there are a few who could really bring out the best in me.

“But I’m just so busy at the moment being a professional athlete. I’ve got my fight in eight weeks so I’m really concentrating on that, but afterwards – who knows?

“Acting is something I definitely want to do more of.”

God love The Reidinator for being bonkers enough to want to give acting another go. His performance in the ridiculously distasteful Killer Bitch got such a slamming from critics, you’d think he’d rather have an intimate dinner with Peter Andre than step in front of cameras again.

The loved-up piece of muscle also revealed he and Kate, 32, are still desperately trying for kids.

“We’re still trying and we can’t wait for it to happen,” he said.

“Whenever Kate is down about it, I just give her a big kiss.”
